It's Virtual Shop hop time!

What is a virtual shop hop? It is an opportunity to watch and shop with quilt shops across North and South Dakota from the comfort to your home!

Tune in each evening on Facebook at 7 pm central time / 6 pm mountain time for a new show featuring fabrics, kits, notions, patterns, and more curated just for this event. Each shop will be LIVE of THEIR Facebook page (links in the schedule). Can't watch it live? That is ok! Watch and shop when it works for you!

In addition to shopping fun, each shop will give you a code to enter on the website (here) for a chance to win a grand prize! We will have a grand prize for each week of shows! Scroll down to see the PRIZE! Use the above button to enter.

How to

participate?

Quilting Across the Dakotas IN PERSON shop hop runs July 24-August 30, 2024. This year we have 42 participating quilt shops across North and South Dakota (for a list click HERE).

Starting July 8th, you can purchase a $10 shop guide from any participating shop. You will receive a FREE Quilt Dakota notebook with your shop guide! You can't collect any stamps until the start of the event (7/24). Register your shop guide online (HERE) with the code found on page 2.

You must have your shop guide with you to enter door prize drawings and get stamps. You can only collect stamps for your book. No exceptions.

SEW many ways to participate and win/earn prizes!

What are the Prizes?

Weekly prizes. Register your book 1x to be entered to win all the remaining weekly prizes! (HERE) We will have 8 prizes from July 15-September 2. Prizes are at valued at about $100 each!
Store door prizes. Each week you shop in store from July 24-August 30th you can sign up for the in store door prizes. Each shop will have 1 door prize valued at about $65.
Earned Prizes. For each shop you visit using the event you can collect a stamp. The more stores you visit, the more prizes you earn!

Visit 10 Shops: Quilt Dakota Pattern Pack & Vinyl Sticker Valued at $15

Visit 20 Shops: Quilt Dakota Custom Aurifil Thread Palette Valued at $30

Visit 30 Shops: Robert Kaufman Roll-Up (2.5" strips) Valued at $45

How to receive prizes?

Weeky prizes. Winner will be draw from all participaties with registered Shop Guides. Watch Facebook for the weekly drawings! Additionally, we will call or contact you directly if you are a winner.

Store door prizes. Shops will drawn 1 winner after August 30. Shop will arrange prize delivery with winner.

Earned prizes:

Once you are done visiting shops, fill out the Earned Prize Form (HERE).
Scan or take pictures of the Shop Listing pages (please make sure your name and phone number are on each page) in the Shop Guide. Email it to this address:

Return to any participating shop and they can log your entries!

All prizes (earned and others) will be shipped at the end of the event (by the end of Sept). Please note prizes can be substituted.
